I’m a multifamily portfolio management and accounting professional focused on driving asset performance through revenue analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination.

In my current work, I support portfolio-level performance across multifamily assets, partnering with ownership, accounting, leasing, and operations teams to improve NOI, cash flow visibility, efficiency, and client relations. 

My background spans across portfolio operations, accounts receivable management, and performance reporting within compliance-driven environments, giving me a strong, ground-up understanding of how real estate assets and businesses operate financially and operationally.

I specialize in translating complex data and operational challenges into clear, actionable insights. Whether that means improving revenue collection processes, tightening reporting accuracy, supporting asset-level decision making, or creating SOPs to streamline workflows across teams, my focus is always on execution and measurable results.

I also bring a multi-industry background, with successful contributions across multifamily real estate, healthcare revenue operations, compliance and HR, and consulting-style research roles. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and perform in fast-moving, detail-driven environments.
